Our standard turnaround time is between 7-14 working days from when we receive payment, art and proof approval.
Art Requirements
The better the quality of design files you can provide, the better equipped we will be to fulfill your order.

Illustrator/Vector artwork
Make art to size.
Save in .AI or .EPS format, CMYK color mode. Legacy format (CS5) preferred to avoid compatibility issues.
Create Outlines on all fonts.
Convert all strokes to Outlines.
Files with each color on it’s own Layer is strongly preferred.
Include any/all imported or placed images and graphic files.
Avoid using Clipping Masks. Use the Pathfinder tool instead.
Photoshop/Raster artwork
Make art to size.
Save in .PSD or .TIF format, CMYK color mode (or Grayscale if the design is 1-color).
Files with each color on it’s own Layer is strongly preferred.
File resolution should be at least 150dpi, and not to exceed 600dpi.
All art is subject to setup charges, unless all above criteria is met with provided files.

print size
standard full front print size is 12" wide by 12" tall.
Any print bigger than this is considered an oversized print. we offer a maximum image size of 14″ wide by 18" tall

ink & Maximum amount of colors
We offer up to 6 colors per print, per location.
Light ink on dark garments, in most cases, requires an underlay and will be priced with a surcharge.

Special print locations
Special location print requests will be subject to approval when ordering.
Customer provided goods
We are happy to provide printing services on customer supplied goods. you may be required to provide additional items to ensure we meet your total quantity needed. We do not accept liability of supplied garments but will do our best to ensure no garment is spoiled during production. Pricing and more information is available upon request.

Product Availability
Sometimes blank goods and specialty products/materials can become out-of-stock during the quote process. This is most likely to happen during peak seasons such as Back To School and Music events.
We will make every reasonable attempt to let you know if a product is no longer available and offer a comparable substitution, although additional charges may apply.

art & proofing
Every attempt will be made to ensure we are on the same page with the outcome of the print job before production begins. art and proof approval is a key factor in making sure your expectations are understood and met by our team.
Minimums
For 1-3 color designs, our shop has a low minimum of 12 garments per print order.
a 50 piece minimum is required on 4-6 color designs.
Smaller orders are done on a case to case basis and are subject to premiums.
